The company operates a fleet of injection molding equipment that includes more than ten fully automatic machines in the 120-gram to 630-gram range and seven high-speed units from 500 grams to 1,000 grams. This configuration supports both high-volume production runs and customized orders that require dedicated tooling. The company’s eight years of IML specialization have enabled it to produce a range of items including IML-labeled cups and containers, children’s lunch boxes, Tritan drinkware, and PS cups.
Ruibote’s product lines cover food storage and hydration applications. Plastic food storage containers and lunch boxes are available in multiple sizes with features such as compartment dividers and insulated walls for temperature control. Water bottles include children’s models with spill-proof lids and sports bottles designed for impact resistance. Multi-purpose drawer organizers and refrigerator fresh-keeping boxes are produced using the same materials and IML processes as the core food packaging lines.
The company’s OEM/ODM customized manufacturing services include custom mold development based on client specifications, with the engineering team working on materials such as Tritan and PS for food-contact applications. Products undergo dimensional verification, mechanical testing, and food safety analysis throughout production.
With independent export rights, Ruibote handles international orders and shipping documentation for clients in more than 20 countries. The integrated structure allows the company to maintain lead times while accommodating custom requirements.
